The customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods to voluntarily withdraw the purchase, without any penalty and without giving reasons. The customer can use the form to communicate the withdraw to The-Cat-Design. The goods have to be sent back to The-Cat-Design within 14 days as well.
